Hi I'm Neil.
As an experienced executive business leader, I believe strongly in the right to craft innovative, agile and prosperous companies for the individual, families, shareholders and wider society.
As an experienced executive business leader, I believe strongly in the right to craft innovative, agile and prosperous companies for the individual, families, shareholders and wider society.
I’m passionate about helping businesses realise their full potential and succeed in challenging environments through intelligent financial and strategic leadership.
To that end I work with and for SME companies, to deliver strong leadership, formulate clear plans and then drive positive change to realise the full potential.
My aim is to help businesses become the most profitable, resilient, adaptable and secure versions of themselves they can possibly be.
For nearly 25 years I’ve worked to deliver sales and profitable growth for FTSE companies, SMEs and Start Ups in the UK and overseas up to Executive level.
By combining technical and operational expertise as a qualified engineer and business manager I’ve driven successful strategy, growth and revenue increase, with P+L responsibility in excess of $100 Million.
I've always embraced new challenges and have frequently said yes to opportunities outside of my comfort zone. This has seen me work in Australia, undertake an MBA, take on turnaround projects and really roll my sleeves up and toil at the coalface of modern business.
I have been involved with highly successful privately owned enterprises and I've seen close up how winning multinational companies (multi billion turnover) and outstanding SMEs (>$100 Million turnover) operate and grow.
I've also had my back against the wall running smaller enterprises and companies with significant challenges.
These broad experiences have given me a valuable skill set and determination to share my knowledge and help to lift and maximise outcomes for companies I work with. This I hope will be my career legacy.
